requesting a meeting of the corporation, dated September 9, 1964
Mr. Joe Aaron, Chairman,
Board of Directors, One Inc.
Los Angeles 6, Calif.
Sir:
As I recall the corporation members have not participated in a meeting since June or July 1964. Personally,I find myself quite in the dark concerning much of the currant policy of the directors.
I would not want to leave on my trip before you decided to have another corporation meeting. Are you expecting to call one soon? I know other members who would sure appreciate your calling a meeting for all members in the next week or two.
This would seem to be the proper way of our meeting rather than alone with the directors as was proposed.
